Same as GE 525F but cheaper
I have a GE 525F which stop working after 3 years. I rarely use it. The Waste King is identical to the GE525F except for the color. The power cord is included. If it wasn't then I could cut the one from the GE and use it. Dismounting the GE and replacing it with the Wate King was very easy. It took less than 15 minutes to manually unscrew the stainless steel ring, remove the dishwasher hose and the hose from the second sink and to hook them back. I didn't have to replace anything else although I could. Other Waste King models (using the same stainless steel ring) could also be used if you need more horse power, capacity or if you want to go fully stainless steel. Overall, it was very easy and I'm just wondering how long this one will last.
Noisy but works ok
I replaced my in sink erator that lasted only 7 years with this one. It installs easily and runs fine but is noisy. Seems to have a vibration in it. Oh well that's what you get these days. Good luck.
