Versatile
I have both this tortilla warmer and the smaller version. I use the smaller one mainly for corn tortillas. This larger one has held pancakes, roasted potatoes, quesadillas, and more. These stoneware warmers look much better on the table than the plastic one I had been using and can be put in oven to keep food warm.
Elegant and effective
So much nicer and more effective than styrofoam warmers! This tortilla warmer is nice enough to set out on a formal table and holds 10" flour tortillas. If warmed in the oven, this warmer will keep tortillas soft for 2 hours. Add a warmed stone or clay disc and it will keep warm for 4 hours. Would definitely purchase again.
classy and useful
I had been looking for a really nice tortilla warmer to give to a client as a gift, something simple and elegant and (hopefully) efficient, and this seems to fit the bill. I can't comment on its durability or performance, as it hasn't been used yet! but it appears to be sturdy and well-made, with a great design.
